On August 22, 2023, Bristow Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Bristow Ireland Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, and the Irish Department of Transport have executed a contract with respect to Irish Coast Guard search and rescue (“SAR”) aviation services.
