Bristow Achieves Third Consecutive Argus Platinum Rating
Bristow U.S. operations recently achieved the internationally renowned ARGUS Platinum rating for the third consecutive time. Customers recognize ARGUS as the gold standard of operational excellence.
The ARGUS review takes place every two years and is based on high standards for policies and procedures throughout global operations, as well as maintaining a robust system of operations, so U.S. employees worked together to accomplish this achievement. The process involves vigorous third-party audits of Bristow’s systems.
“It is hard work, a lot of hours and a huge team effort,” said Lead Document Control Officer Brandi Casteel. “We were only able to achieve this by working closely together with the goal of continual improvement and operational excellence.
“The ARGUS rating is recognized as a standard of excellence, and since we pride ourselves on providing that excellence, to all customers, passengers and our employees, this rating helps us to showcase our best qualities and the work we put in every day,” said Casteel. “This recognition is an acknowledgement of the confidence in Bristow and our ability to conduct safe and reliable services day in and day out.”
